Free legal aid is provided under Law No. 111/2017, offering primary legal aid (legal advice), secondary legal aid (court representation), and exemption from court fees. From 2020 to 2023, 2,916 victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and trafficking received primary legal aid. Additionally, the courts issued 2,833 decisions for secondary legal aid and fee exemptions, benefiting victims of domestic violence and trafficking.
